Dear Chris:
1 received the above referenced referral packets from you concerning Hall Irwin properties. My
supervisor and I have met with Brett Hall, of Hall Irwin, on several occasions during the last several
months concerning development plans on various projects they are involved with in Weld County. Brett
and his associates have eagerly sought out and implemented reclamation plans that maximize the potential
for wildlife and fisheries. Their completed pond complex along Weld Road 95 at the Poudre River is an
excellent example of reclamation projects that restore and enhance wildlife habitat.
During our meetings, we have discussed the two projects submitted by you for referral We are confident
that Hall Irwin will be conscientious in reclaiming these projects in a manner that will be of benefit to
wildlife as well as people.
If you would, please copy Kim Ogle with this letter so he can include it in his case file. As always please
call on me if I can be of further assistance.
Best Regards,
Larry Rogstad
