RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 788 - LEO AND VICKY DeVIGIL WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 21st day of September, 1983 , considered the re- guest of Leo and Vicky DeVigil to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, on a parcel of land being more particularly des- cribed as follows : Part of the SE4 SEa, Section 6, T2N, R65W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions : 1) The applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home within 30 days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall contact the Colorado Division of Water Resources in Denver to reclassify the existing well from Livestock to Domestic, and supply evi- dence of such action; 3) a septic permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet perk test requirements prior to the issuance of a building permit; 4) the mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with Conditions 1 through 3 above; and 5) subject parcel shall have access to Weld County Road 49 via a private drive on the north 30 feet of undeveloped Weld County Road 24 , a dedicated right-of-way.
