A regular meeting of the Weld County Board of Adjustment was held on Thursday, January 27, 2000, in Room
210 of the Planning/Public Health Building, 1555 N. 17th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado. The meeting was called
to order by Chairman John Windsor at 3:30 p.m.

Also Present: Julie Chester, Department of Planning Services; Trisha Swanson, Secretary.
Julie Chester, Planner, stated that the two cases schedules for today had to be continued until February 24,
2000 as the legal notification published in the newspaper had the date of 1999 instead of 2000.
The Chairman asked the secretary to poll the members of the committee for a continuance. John Windsor,
yes; Art Partridge, yes. Motion carried unanimously.
