RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW#1257 FOR AN
AGRICULTURAL SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT FOR A LIVESTOCK CONFINEMENT
OPERATION (DAIRY) IN THE A(AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT -JIM
DOCHEFF/DOCHEFF DAIRY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Site Specific Development Plan and
Use by Special Review Permit#1257 for an Agricultural Service Establishment for a Livestock
Confinement Operation (dairy) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District for Jim Docheff, Docheff
Dairy, do Thomas Haren, AgPro Environmental Services, LLC, 6508 Weld County Road 5,
Erie, Colorado 80516, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 26th day of April, 2000, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter because the County legal
newspaper failed to publish the initial notice, and to allow the Clerk to the Board's Office
adequate time to publish a corrected notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
May 15, 2000, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 26th day of April, A.D., 2000.
