RE: APPROVE CONTINUATION OF COLLATERAL FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW, SPR #289 -
MHG, LLC, DBA HOME LUMBER AND SUPPLY
WHEREAS,! the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on November 10, 1998, Department of Planning Services staff did approve
a Site Plan Review, SPR #289, for MHG, LLC, dba Home Lumber and Supply, on the following
described real estate, to-wit:
Lots 11, 12, and 13, Block 1 of the Amended Plat of Rademacher
Business Park Final Planned Unit Development, located in the
NW 1/4 of Section 23, Township 3 North, Range 68 West of the
6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Improvements Agreement, Irrevocable Stand by Letter of
Credit#Nvs344642, drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank, Trade Services Division, 525 Market
Street, 25th Floor, San Francisco, California 94105, in the amount of $67,950.00, was
submitted to Weld County, and
WHEREAS, Brent Guetz, General Manager, has requested that the original letter of
credit remain in place as collateral for the remaining items until all conditions of the Private
Road Maintenance Agreement have been satisfied.
NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit #Nvs344642, drawn on the
Wells Fargo Bank, Trade Services Division, 525 Market Street, 25th Floor, San Francisco,
California 94105, in the amount of $67,950.00, be, and hereby is, allowed to remain in place as
collateral for the remaining items.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 11th day of October, A.D., 2000.

Dear Mr. Ogle,
This letter is in response to your letter dated September 5, 2000 and our follow
up phone conversations last week.
Let me address the issues presented in your letter:
1. In Lieu of replacement collateral please hold the original collateral for lots
11,12, and 13. We are in the process of collecting bids on reseeding the
grass outside the fence on our entire property.
2. The above ground storage tank is a double wall tank and does not require
a spillage retention berm. This tank was recommended and approved by
the Mountain View Fire District. Please contact them if you need further
information.
3. The septic system was dug up and reinspected by Landmark Engineering.
Larry Miller of Landmark sent a letter to the Weld County Dept. of Health
stating we have met all their requirements.
4. Tiffane Moore with Landmark Engineers is amending the final plat to
include the above ground storage tank and the proposed break trailer.
