RE: IJSR-I 269 conditions of approval.
Dear Ms. Lockman:
this letter is in response to our telephone conversation on June 27, 2000 concerning
the coosihons of approval for USR-1263. The applicants have been working on the
conditions in preparation for the Board hearing and have the following cornments
concerning the conditions of approval
. Condition 2A — The applicant has submitted documentation that satisfies this
condition and therefore requests that it be removed.
2. Condition 2D — the applicant requests that the language be amended to "the
applicant shah attempt to comply with the requirements from the Mountain View
Fire Protection District".
.3. Condition 2E - The applicant has talked witn the operator on the farm adjacent to
the site and has found that the ditch in question is a private ditch and access is
not required from the applicant's property. The ditch is completely on the
adjacent property and does not cross or serve the applicant's property. The
applicants request that Condition of approval 2C be removed.
