The proposed facility needs to be far enough from the well to be safe and to provide HSR with enough
room to conduct operations on the well (approximately 200 feet).
HSR requests Earth Balance, Inc. meet with HSR's representative to agree on how to coordinate future
operations prior to Weld County approving their request.

Dear Commissioners:
Ms. Anita Corner has requested a continuance of the hearing for a Site Specific Development
Plan and Use by Special Review Permit# 1277 for an Agricultural Service Establishment(Mixing,
Blending, Storage and Wholesale of Herbal Products) in the Agricultural Zone District. The
continuance is requested due to Ms. Corner's inability to attend today's hearing due to
unavoidable obligations and her desire to personally answer any questions the Commissioners
may have.
The Weld County Department of Planning Services recommends that the Weld County Board of
County Commissioners grant Ms. Corners' request for a continuance to September 20, 2000.
