As you are aware, RE 2624 was recently approved, and has been completed and recorded .
There is a buyer for Lot B; however, he needs to have the building envelope moved further back on the 70 acres.
Please review the attached plot plan for details. He doesn't expect to build in the immediate future (1 — 2 year
timeframe).
His questions are as follows:
