The parcel of land is described as part of the S-1/2, Sec. 22, T6N, R64W
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
The location of the parcel of land for which this application has been
submitted is 1/2 mile North of the unincorporated Town of Gill on the northside
of Weld County Road 66 .
This application is submitted to your office for review and recommenda-
tions. Any comments or recommendations you consider relevant to this
request would be appreciated. Your prompt reply will help to facili-
tate the processing of the proposal and will ensure prompt considera-
tion of your recommendations. If a response from your office is not

The Department.o£ Planning Services would like to thank you for bringing to
our attention the error' discussed in your August 26, 1983 letter. After
careful review of the above mentioned document!, 'it is our recommendation
that we amend. SE 177.-as .well:as RE 366, Lot B. Proper. submission for two
new:-resolutions would require:
1. An amended set of mylars which would show in addition
to the work completed -to date the:
(a) True point of beginning;
(b) . ,Acreage for SE lot; .
(c) Proper bearing. for the 251:75' measurement; and
(d) Amended.legal description for Lot B (as submitted)
on Sheet 2 of 2 with your certificate as well as
the other signature blocks.
2. Submission of written legal description for:
(a) Lot B as previously recorded;
(b) The 3.22.. acre 'parcel; and
(c) Amended Lot B (the legal submitted on 8-30-83 is proper) .

The bearing and distance for the North line of the Exempted Parcel
is in error. The plat reads North 01°26' 19" East, 555. 80 feet,
this should be amended to read North 89°11 ' 45" East, 555. 77 feet.
Also enclosed is an amended plat for the amended plat of Lot B
and an amended legal description for Lot B.

To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is written to explain the reason why I , Virgil
N . Ottinger, want my home and a small acreage that goes
with the homestead divided off from the farm owned jointly
by Virgil N. and Olena W. Ottinger h/w and Charles and
Renee' Ottinger h/w.
I have a severe asthma condition caused by hog dandruff,
manure mold and grain molds . This home is almost constantly
subject to manure mold, minute particles in the air, from
one direction or the other. Due to this particular health
hazard, I cannot live there .
For this reason, I pray for your consideration in granting
my wife and I our request, so that we can make our home
in a more suitable environment for my health .
