As a valued client of Bank One, I wanted to provide you with an update relating to some
enhancements within Bank One. We are pleased to announce that Bank One, Colorado, N.A., will
be consolidating its fiduciary accounts, appointments and nominations into Bank One Trust
Company, N.A.
Bank One will continue to be Colorado's premier provider of fiduciary services. You will continue
to be served at your current location, by the same staff that you know and trust.
Most importantly, you do not need to take any action. "Bank One Trust Company, N.A." will be
substituted for "Bank One, Colorado, N.A." on all fiduciary and investment management accounts
automatically, starting August 15, 2000.
This change is a part of Bank One Corporation's nationwide consolidation of its fiduciary activities
into one national trust company. Bank One Trust Company, N.A. currently conducts fiduciary
activities in Arizona, California, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Ohio, Oklahoma and
Wisconsin.
