RE: APPROVE REIMBURSEMENT RATE FOR PERSONAL CELL PHONE USAGE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it necessary to establish a
standard reimbursement rate for personal cell phone usage, and
WHEREAS, the Board, after study and review, deems it advisable to set the
reimbursement rate consistent with the current County per minute charge for all phone usage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the cell phone reimbursement rate be, and hereby is, established
to be equal to the County cell phone charge per minute paid by Weld County.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 15th day of November, A.D., 2000.
