RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF KAY DRAKE TO NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL
CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the North Colorado Medical Center Board of
Trustees, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Kay Drake be appointed to said board to
replace Rodney Guerrieri, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Kay Drake to said board, with her
term to expire January 8, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Kay Drake be, and hereby is, appointed to the North Colorado
Medical Center Board of Trustees, with her term to expire January 8, 2002.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 20th day of November, A.D., 2000.
