Dear Debbie:
This letter is in response to your letter of June 27, 2000, asking if Weld County has any objection
to your renewing for a period of three months from June 25, 2000, the CD Dan's Garage has
submitted for collateral pursuant to the business' improvements agreement. From our
conversation, it is my understanding that the improvements are required to be completed by
October, 2000.
Please be advised that Weld County has no objection to the renewal of the CI) for a period of
three months.
