RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 464 - DOUGLAS HOWARD WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Douglas Howard has applied to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit to place a mobile home on the following described real estate, to be used as a temporary residence in addition to a principal dwelling for use during a medical hardship, and which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 5th day of August, 1981, considered the request of Douglas Howard for a mobile home as a temporary residence in addition to a principal dwelling for use during a medical hard- ship on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows: Part of the SIISE4 of Section 11, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the applicant, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissoners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Douglas Howard for permission to place a mobile home as a temporary residence in addition to a principal dwelling for use during a medical hardship on the abovedescribed parcel of land be, and hereby is, granted.
