RE: APPROVE PROPOSAL FOR HAULING DIRT TO BUILD WELD COUNTY ROAD 126
AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - MEIER CONSTRUCTION GRADING
CONTRACTORS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Proposal for hauling dirt to build Weld
County Road 126 between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, and
Meier Construction Grading Contractors, with terms and conditions being as stated in said
proposal, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said proposal, a cony
of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Proposal for hauling dirt to build Weld County Road 126
between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, and Meier
Construction Grading Contractors be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said proposal.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 17th day of July, A.D., 2000.

We hereby submit specifications and estimates for:Hauling Dirt .to build WCR 12.6 new roadway:
The cu.yds. hauled will be determined by load count e-.21 cu.yds. per
load at a price of $1 . 90 per cu.yd.
Daily load count to be turned in to county supervisor and. Andesite
office on a daily basis.
Weld county agrees to keep haul roads in good condition at all times
when scrapers are working.

WE PROPOSE hereby to furnish material and labor — completed in accordance with above specifications, for the sum of:
Price of $1. 90 per cu.yd. based on 21cu.yds. per load dollars ($
Payment to be made as follows:

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in
a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or Contracto Co.
