The Weld County Department of Planning Services Staff closed the zoning violation case on your property. The
non-commercial junkyard consisting of derelict vehicles has been removed or screened from adjacent property
owners and public rights-of-way; therefore,the zoning violation is now closed.
If you were also issued a building code violation,you must comply with all building code requirements before the
building code violation case can be closed. If you have any questions regarding a building code violation,please
