RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO REGIONAL
COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Regional Communications Advisory Board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Wes Scott be appointed to said board as
the Fire Zone A representative, to replace Glenn Miller, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Tom Davis be reappointed to said board as
the Police Zone 4 representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Wes Scott and reappoint Tory
Davis to said board, with their terms to expire December 31, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Wes Scott be, and hereby is, appointed; and Tom Davis be, and
hereby is reappointed to the Regional Communications Advisory Board, with their terms to
expire December 31, 2002.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adapted
by the following vote on the 7th day of June, A.D., 2000.
