RESOLUTION
RE: APPOINTMENT OF DIANA VASQUEZ AND JOHN ROCCAFORTE TO THE
DEFERRED COMPENSATION BOARD.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Deferred Compensation Board, consisting of the
County Treasurer, Director of Finance and Administration,
Director of Personnel, and two elected employees participating in
the Deferred Compensation Program, shall constitute the Deferred
Compensation Board created by the Board of County Commissioners,
and
WHEREAS, through an election of active members in the
Deferred Compensation Program, Diana Vasquez and John Roccaforte
were elected as the employee members, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to
appoint the abovementioned people to the Weld County Deferred
Compensation Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County that Diana Vasquez is hereby
appointed to the Deferred Compensation Board for a two year term,
to expire on July 1 , 1986, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
that John Roccaforte is hereby appointed for a one year term, to
expire on July 1 , 1985, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the encumbents of the positions
of County Treasurer, Director of Finance and Administration, and
Personnel Director shall serve on the Weld County Deferred
Compensation Board until further action by the Board of County
Commissioners.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of
July, A.D. , 1984.
