SUBJECT: Additions to Z-545 (Markham) resolution
Planning staff recommends the following addition to the resolution approving Z-545 (Markham,:
Insert Item 4C (page 6): "A copy of declaration of covenants, grants of easement and
restrictions imposed upon any land. buildings and structures within the PUD. The document shall
include, but not be limited to:
1) The current Right to Farm covenant in the Weld County Comprehensive Plan.
2) (Insert current item 4C in the draft resolution in this subsection.)
