Hello my name is Nathaniel Windholz, and I am going through a divorce.
We just had a modified child support hearing. The judge awarded Renee
Windholz to be payed $810.18 a month. I only take home $963.85. How in the
world am I soposed to live off of$150.00 a month. That barly pays for my
gas. She takes home $1243.06 a month, then on top of that the $810.18 that
I give her. That gives her $2053.24 and I get $150.00. Now I don't know
abvout you but there seems to be something wrong with this picture. I think
I would be better off not to work and end up going to jail. At least
would get three meals a day and a place to sleep. Let the state pay for my
kids and me. I don't have a problem paying for my kids but this is
redicules. The numbers that the judge came up with is based on her income,
my income, and child care which is $1017.00. I would realy appreciate to
here back from you as soon as posible.
