RE: REAPPOINTMENT OF EVAN PATTERSON TO THE WELD COUNTY LIBRARY
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County
Library Board of Trustees, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Evan Patterson be re-
appointed to serve on said Board for a term to expire May 1, 1985,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to re-
appoint Evan Patterson to the Weld County Library Board of
Trustees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Evan Patterson be, and
hereby is, reappointed to serve on the Weld County Library Board
of Trustees for a term to expire May 1, 1985.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
January, A.D. , 1983, nunc pro tunc November 23 , 1982.
