SERVICE AUTHORITY BOARD
July 18, 2000
The Weld E-911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board met in regular session Tuesday,
July 18, 2000, at noon, at the Weld County Centennial Center.
ROLL CALL:
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Kent Donahue. Present were Board Members John
Garavaglia, Kent Donahue, Gary Sandau, and Gary Paxton; and staff members Mike Savage,
Frank Bishop, and Jon Baker.
MINUTES:
John Garavaglia moved, seconded by Gary Paxton, that the minutes of the June 20, 2000, meeting
be approved as presented. Minutes were unanimously approved.
OLD BUSINESS:
1. Staff Report: Staff discussed budget, and ANI-ALI issue, and EMD Medical Priority
status.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Treasurer's Report: Bill were approved for payment in the amount of$25,235.61 [o 115
West for monthly service charges.
Next meeting will be Tuesday, August 15, 2000, at noon.
