Subject: Neighbors annexation to Town of Firestone
To: Board of Weld County Commissioners;
The agenda for the October 23, 2000 meeting of the
Board states under Public Review that the Town of
Firestone has submitted to the County relating to the
Neighbors PUD annexation to that town; application,
maps, plan and land use table. No mention is made of
an annexation impact report having been submitted
which is required to be filed with the Board under CRS
31-12-108.5. It is hoped that this will be
investigated and corrected as and if necessary.
