RESOLUTION
WHEREAS , Public Welfare warrants in the total amount
of $20,234.00 have been issued in error or the amounts for
which they were drawn have otherwise been changed, total of the
individual classifications as shown on Exhibit "A" , attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference , and
WHEREAS , a list of the specific warrant numbers,
dates , names and amounts are on file with the Department of
Social Services .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , by the Board of County
Commissioners , Weld County, Colorado, that said Public Welfare
warrants for the month of JULY , 1980 , in the amount of
$20,234.00 be, and the same are hereby cancelled and held
for naught.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly
made and seconded , adopted by the following vote this 13th
day of August , 1980-
