RE: RESCIND RESOLUTION #2000-2465 CONCERNING TEN PURCHASE OF SERVICES
AGREEMENTS WITH VARIOUS PROVIDERS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on October 11, 2000, the Board of Commissioners approved ten Purchase
of Services Agreements with various providers, and
WHEREAS, one of the items included in Resolution #2000-2465 was a contract with the
Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, which requires separate action, and
WHEREAS, after further review and hearing the testimony presented, the Board
deemed it advisable to rescind Resolution #2000-2465, and re-adopt the substance of said
resolution after revisions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Resolution #2000-2465 be, and hereby is, rescinded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 20th day of November, A.D., 2000.
