Dear Sir:
Four Weed Districts in Weld County, namely, Southeast District
#4; Platte Valley District #5; Eaton-Ault District #6; Briggsdale-
Stoneham-New Raymer District #8; are due to terminate December 31,
1982.
I am enclosing petitions from the Advisory Committees asking
for extension of the termination dates Until December 31, 1987.
The Board of County Commissioners may extend these terminations
dates by holding public hearings to determine if it is necessary.

termination dates of Southeast District #4, Platte Valley District
#5, Eaton-Ault District #6, and Briggsdale-Stoneham-New Raymer
District #8 from December 31, 1982 until December 31, 1987.
ACTION OF THE BOARD NEEDED
1) Accept the petitions from the four districts.
2) Set date of hearing for December 22, 1982 at 2 : 00 P.M.
to hear testimony upon petitions.
3) Direct Clerk to the Board to publish the notice of hearing.

Of the County of.Weld, State of Colorado
We, the undersigned District Advisory Committee for the
Southeast Weld District, Number 4
In accordance with House Bill No. 1107 passed in 1975, the Board may
extend Weed District Termination dates by holding Public Hearing to determine
if the termination date should or should not be extended. If the Board
determines after hearing that such extension date is advisable, the Board
shall immediately declare the extension of the termination date and shall
inform the District Advisory Committee and the County Assessor.
