WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that Floyd
and Dorothy Martin are the owners of a certain parcel of land

WHEREAS, the existing parcel and the newly created parcelo
are more particularly described as follows:

Township One (1) North, Range sixty-five
(65) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian,
together with all water and water rights,
ditches and ditch rights used thereon or
appurtenant thereto, and especially 8 . 9

Subject to the exceptions and reservations
as contained in the patent from the United
States of America;
Subject to existing rights of way for roads,

COMMENTS:
The area to the west and south of this proposed subdivision exemption is characterized
by rural residential development. Proposed site is already graded and staked for a
residential building. Access is to Weld County Road 37, a paved road. The property
currently has two residences and a mobile home; continued building by family members
would eventually make a linear development along the eastern side of Weld County Road
37. The continued growth of urban development in the immediate area will have a
negative effect on the rural lifestyle and the agricultural economy of the
surrounding area.

Accessory Use on a Farm
I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the conditions of this Zoning
Permit which are as follows:
1. All zoning permits for mobile homes as accessory uses to farms are
temporary. Such permits shall automatically expire and the mobile
home shall be removed upon the cessation of the use of the mobile home
as an accessory use on the agricultural unit.
2. A zoning permit for more than one mobile home in the "A" Agri-
cultural District as an accessory use on an agricultural unit may be
issued only upon approval by the Board of County Commissioners.
Further, I, the undersigned, meet the following conditions which are
required to be eligible for this permit.
1. The mobile home will be occupied by persons principally employed
on the agricultural unit where the mobile home is located.
2. The mobile home is necessary for the effective and economic
operation of the agricultural unit.
Please state the reason(s) which show that the mobile home is necessary
for the effective and economic operation of the agricultural unit.
3. The mobile home will not be used as an income source by the applicant
for rental to persons not principally employed upon the agricultural unit.
4. Adequate water and sewage disposal facilities are available to the
mobile home.
5. The mobile home is not the first dwelling on the parcel of land.
Where the mobile home will be the first dwelling on a parcel of land, it
shall be considered a principal dwelling and may be permitted only under
the provisions of Section 6.1(2)IIIB.5 of the Weld County Zoning
Resolution. '
