Dear County Commissioners:
We are requesting to vacate the lot lines to the Alexander-Peterson Subdivision, Block 1,
Lots 2-7. We are doing this in accordance to part of a provisional request from the
Board of County Commissioners, to obtain a building permit for our church on property
at the corner of 28th st. and 71st ave. As the original plat of the Alexander-Peterson
subdivision would no longer be used as it's original intent.

This is a petition put forth by Faith Tabernacle Church in accordance to County
regulations. Faith Tabernacle Church is desiring to vacate sub-plate design of property
listed as Peterson-Alexander Subdivision Lots 2-7. In place of the already designated 6
lots the new design would stand as one lot only. The proposed new design would have
no bearing on adjacent property owners or their property.
We at Faith Tabernacle Church, are asking you to sign this petition if you agree with the

Our church is in the process of building a new church facility on vacant land in Greeley, CO. The legal
description is as follows: Peterson-Alexander Subdivision, Block 1, Lots 2-7, County of Weld, State of
Colorado.
As pan of the USR application we are vacating the subdivision as it stands now. We are writing to notify
you of our intent to vacate the above subdivision as we will be building a church facility on the property
and will he making it one lot instead of the six lots listed above. If in agreement to this I need the
following to complete the application.
I need a dated signature and statement from the utility's representative indicating one of the
following: service is available; service is available subject to specific conditions; or service is not
available to the proposed re-subdivision. In the event service is available with specific conditions, the
specific conditions shall be described. The above request is in accordance to Weld County planning
guidelines.
I have enclosed a self addressed stamped envelope for your convenience and would like your reply to be
