We are doing this in accordance to part of a provisional request from the Board of County Commissioners, to obtain a building permit for our church on property at the corner of 28th st. and 71st ave. As the original plat of the Alexander-Peterson subdivision would no longer be used as it's original intent. As pan of the USR application we are vacating the subdivision as it stands now. We are writing to notify you of our intent to vacate the above subdivision as we will be building a church facility on the property and will he making it one lot instead of the six lots listed above. If in agreement to this I need the following to complete the application. I need a dated signature and statement from the utility's representative indicating one of the following: service is available; service is available subject to specific conditions; or service is not available to the proposed re-subdivision.
