Dear County Commissioners,
I received your notice of the intended proposal to build a 5 lot planned
unit development for applicant Karen Libin. There is no indication of lot
size on this notice. If the intent to build is five houses on the entire
40 acre parcel I would not object to this. I believe there wouldn't be a
large impact on the traffic, noise and water in the area. If the plan is
for 5 homes per 1 acre parcel I would object and not want that in the
general proximity of my property. I'm sure your aware of the growth in
our area concerning several proposals to the town of Erie which includes
annexing east of our property on WCR 5 and a short distance up on WCR 7
for large housing developments. I love where we're located and I would
like to see slow growth employed here. The noise level along with the
traffic has really increased in the immediate area. Please take my letter
into consideration when reviewing this proposal.
