RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL TO INCREASE CHANGE FUND AT AMBULANCE SERVICE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on November 20, 1978 , the Board of County Commis-
sioners established a change fund in the amount of TWENTY-FIVE
DOLLARS ($25. 00) for the Ambulance Service, and
WHEREAS, the Ambulance Service has requested that their change
fund be increased from TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00) to FIFTY
DOLLARS ($50. 00) because of the activity in the change fund for
providing change to patients, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration has recom-
mended that said change fund be increased to FIFTY DOLLARS ($50. 00) .
NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that the change fund for the
Ambulance Service be, and hereby is, increased from TWENTY-FIVE
DOLLARS ($25. 00) to FIFTY DOLLARS ($50. 00) .
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of
November, A.D. , 1981.

COLORADO From Jerry Wones
Subject: Pop Fund & Petty Cash
You mentioned recently that we need the Commissioners
authorization for our "pop fund . " We collect the money
from our pop machine , cans , etc . for use by the employees
as a group. The money is maintained in a checking account
with three of the employees as signators . Will you put
this on the Commissioner ' s agenda and let me know if I
need to do anything more .
I would also like to request an increase in our petty
cash from $25 to $50 . Pam is constantly asked to make
change for people who pay their bills in person and is
often unable to make the correct change . I believe this
change also requires Commissioner approval .
If you let me know when these items are scheduled , I ' ll
be there to explain .
