On December 22, 1999, the Weld County Board of Commissioners moved to refer the request
of Daniel Ochsner for Change of Zone#530 from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to E (Estate)
Zone District for a 5-lot Minor Subdivision, back to the Weld County Planning Commission due
to proposed changes to the application. Said case will be considered by the Weld County
Planning Commission on a future date, and notices of said hearing will be published and sent to
the surrounding property owners.
