This e-mail is for the purpose of supporting a 1/4 of 1% sales tax for
the purpose of obtaining conservation easements on farmland that is
under pressure of development. It is to hoped that if enacted some of
the funds will be used to acquire easements in the MUD district. It is
unfortunate that the MUD ordinance has no provision for agricultural
zoning in an area where there is much prime farm land.
