RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF TRACY POWELL TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY
REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Tracy Powell be appointed to said board as
the school district representative, to replace Dennis Disario, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Tracy Powell to said board, with
her term to expire November 1, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Tracy Powell be, and hereby is, appointed to the Juvenile
Community Review Board, with her term to expire November 1, 2001.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 2nd day of October, A.D., 2000.
