RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING REQUEST FOR FOURTH REPLAT OF
GILBAUGH'S APPALOOSA ACRES, IN THE A(AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT -
IVAN AND JOANNE GILBAUGH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request for a Fourth Replat of
Gilbaugh's Appaloosa Acres„ S #539 being a replat of Lots 15-C, 16, and 17, as shown on the
Third Replat of Gilbaugh's Appaloosa Acres, for Ivan and Joanne Gilbaugh, 20085 Weld
County Road 74, Eaton, Colorado 80615, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 11th day of December, 2000, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter for to allow Ivan and Joanne
Gilbaugh adequate time to establish a Homeowners' Association for the maintenance of Appy
Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
June 6, 2001, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 6th day of December, A.D., 2000.
