RE: APPROVE CDBG CONTRACT CHANGE LETTER #1 FOR WELD/LARIMER
REVOLVING LOAN FUND AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a CDBG Contract Change Letter #1 for
the Weld/Larimer Revolving Loan Fund between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and
through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and the Colorado Department of
Local Affairs, with terms and conditions being as stated in said change letter, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said change !ester, a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the CDBG Contract Change Letter#1 for the Weld/Larimer
Revolving Loan Fund between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and the Colorado Department of Local Affairs
be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said change letter.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, acopted
by the following vote on the 28th day of February, A.D., 2000.

THIS CONTRACT CHANGE LETTER NUMBER #1 made this day of _ 2000,

WHEREAS,this Change Letter modifies Contract#97-787, Routing#1757,dated March 1 . 1998.

THEREFORE, this Contract is changed as follows:
Exhibit A,Scope of Service, 3. Time of Performance, is modified bydeleting "The Project shall co-nt fence

By affixing their signatures to this change letter, both the State and the Contractor e'x :'re≥:ily
acknowledge that all of the terms and conditions of the Original Contract remain unchanged except to, those
terms and conditions modified by this Change Letter #1 and all previous changes. Both partics also
expressly understand that this Change Letter# 1 is incorporated into the Original Contract.
This Contract Change Letter Number#1 is intended to be effective as of , bit in no
event shall it be deemed valid until it shall have been approved by the State Controller or such assistant as
he may designate.
