In response to your request for comments on the subject matter as per
your memo of February 14, 1983, I hereby advise that at this time, I
cannot support any portion of the presented Pay for Performance.
My views on this have been shared with all of you along with Don Warden
in past discussions. I trust that our differences in this matter will
have no effect on our continuing working relationship in other areas of
which we have a mutual concern.
Excuse the lateness of this response but other more pertinent matters
required my attention this week.
