From: St. Vrain Concerned Citizens
On behalf of the 100 + members of the St. Vrain Concerned Citizens in SW Weld, we would like
to express our thanks in your recent concerns of wanting to establish a sales tax for
conservation easements and agricultural land preservation. It is most needed in our area, as if
development occurs at the rate it is now going, it will not be long before agriculture is a thing of
the past in this over 100 sq. mile area.
We do hope that you will take other initiatives to introduce your proposal to more people in the
SW Weld area, (Ex: such as more newspaper coverage, town meetings, etc.)
