(1) Appraiser assumed 75% occupancy rate for bed/breakfast for 1999.
Actual occupancy rate was 53 .8% (-28.3%) .
(2) Appraiser assumed an income of $95/day/room for a total room income_ cf
$260,000. Actual room income for 1999 was $164,669 (-36.7%) .
Back-up information for 1998 and 1999 was given to Mr. David Schi.ldmeiar.
Mr. Schildmeier recalculated the assessed valuation to be $499,900 instead
of the original $800,000. (See attached notice of adjustment.) The dmoint
requested to be abated is therefore:
