VAN BEBER WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 25th day of July, 1984 , considered the request of Michael D. Van Beber for a mobile home to be used as an acces- sory structure , and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be located in an A-Agri- cultural Zone District on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows: Lot A RE 259, Part of the NW 1/4 Section 15, Township 10 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Michael D. Van Beber for permission to place a mobile home to be used as an accessory structure on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance be, and hereby is, granted subject to the herein- above listed condition. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of July, A.D. , 1984.
