(Attach additional sheets if necessary) • Petitioners purchased a portion of the subject property at closing on October 29, 1998. Petitioners acquired only a portion of Lot I, Block 1, Mosier Hill, described by meets and bounds description shown in attached copy of deed. Pat Roche Development and SP3, LLC, an interim title holder, were in the process of replatting the lot at the time of closing. The replat was approved late in 1998 but not in time to permit the assessor to designate separate parcel identifications for 1998 taxes. The tax statement received by Petitioners is for the entire Lot I (Parcel #095910228001). Petitioners never owned the entire lot and have been erroneously assessed taxes for more property than they held. The correct 1998 tax allocation for the two portions of Lot 1 are as follows based on square footage from the assessor's records: Parcel Sq. Ft.
