A public hearing was conducted on December 20, 2000, at 10:00 a.m.,with the following present:
Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmeyer, Chair

Commissioner Glenn Vaad
Also present:

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated December 4,2000, and duly published December 7,
2000, in the South Weld Sun, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Ruben
and Ruby Anchondo for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review
Permit #1275 for a Vehicle Service and Repair Shop in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Lee
Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Kim Ogle, Department of
Planning Services, stated the property is in violation of the Zoning Ordinance because of a non-
commercial junkyard on the property; however, the violation was referred to the County Attorney
on January 12, 2000, for action. Mr. Morrison stated the Board cannot control whether the
applicant withdraws the application, although the violation will proceed if he does. Commissioner
Geile moved to accept the request of Ruben and Ruby Anchondo for the withdrawal of an
application for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1275 for a
Vehicle Service and Repair Shop in the A(Agricultural)Zone District. Seconded by Commissioner
Vaad, the motion carried unanimously.
