RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE VACATION OF USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1119 - PATRICK WILLIAMS 141 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, by Resolution #961146, on June 24, 1996, the Board did approve Use by Special Review#1119 for an Agricultural Service Establishment (custom farming) and two Mobile Homes for Temporary Use as Accessory to Farm in the A (Agricultural) Zone District for Patrick Williams, 26587 Weld County Road 388, Kersey, Colorado 80644, on the following described real estate: Part of the SW1/4 NE1/4 and NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 9, Township 5 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, Patrick Williams, has requested vacation of Use by Special Review Permit #1119 on the above described property, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of the Department of Planning Services and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having been fully informed, deems it advisable to approve said vacation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Use by Special Review Permit#1119 be, and hereby is, vacated. Chester, Lead Planner SUBJECT: Vacation of USR-1119, Patrick Williams 4 V Li The Department of Planning Services' staff is recommending the vacation of USR-1119 for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for an Agricultural Service Establishment (custom farming) with two mobiles homes for temporary use as Accessory to the Farm in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, for the following reasons: 1. The use is no longer occurring on the property. 2. The original applicant, Patrick Williams is requesting the vacation, as stated in the attached letter dated March 28, 2000. One of the Accessory to the Farm mobile homes has been removed and Mr. Williams applied for a Recorded Exemption to put the other home on it's own lot, as a principal dwelling. This Recorded Exemption has been approved by Department of Planning Services' staff and a condition of approval is the vacation of this Special Review Permit.
