The utility proposed to make the following changes in service or facilities: Abandonment of its: Certificates to Provide Local Exchange Telecommunications Services, Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to Provide Local Exchange Telecommunications Services, and a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to Provide Emerging Competitive (Part 3) Telecommunications Services, each of which were granted by the Commission in Docket No. 98A-122T, on May 13, 1998. Anyone who desires may file a written objection.
