RE: APPROVE ELECTION BY ACCLAMATION OF COMMISSIONER DALE K. HALL AS
TEMPORARY CHAIR FOR JUNE 12, 2000, BOARD MEETING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Chair Kirkmeyer, and Chair Pro-Tern M. J. Geile will both be absent from
the regularly scheduled board meeting on June 12, 2000, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to elect Commissioner Dale K. Hall as the
Temporary Chair for the June 12, 2000, board meeting.
NOW;, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners cif
Weld County, Colorado, that Commissioner Dale K. Hall be, and hereby is, elected by
acclamation as Temporary Chair for the June 12, 2000, board meeting.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of June, A.D., 2000.
