Pursuant to Section 324-1101.5, C.R.S. as amended, enclosed is a copy of Notice
of Special Authorization or Issuance of General Obligation Indebtedness for the Tri-Pointe
Commercial Metropolitan District. The District issued General Obligation Limited Tax Bonds,
Series 2000, dated October 15, 2000, in the principal amount of$14,220,000.
