Gentlemen:
This is a request to change the status of our mobile home from an •
accessory farm structure to a principal dwelling.
We are now purchasing our parcel (S.E. "B") from my mother Viola L.
Stroh and will be apolying for a subdivision exemption, therefore we re-
quest the change for our home to a principal dwelling.
Our home has been located at the present site since 1973. Although
it is a double-wide mobile home, the wheels and axles have been removed and
the house placed on a foundation. The metal siding has been reolaced with
wood siding, aluminur. windows have been replaced with wood, thermo windows
and most of the inside of the home has been drywalled. It is definitely now
a permanent structure.
Landscaping, a two car garage, barn and open shed are also completed
at this time.
Thank you for your consideration of this request.
Sincerely ,
cor,....,J;
Mike and Carol Myo
