RE: ESTABLISH WELD COUNTY HEAD START PARENT POLICY COUNCIL
REVOLVING FUND CHECKING ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Human Services has requested the establishment of the
Weld County Head Start Parent Policy Council Revolving Fund Checking Account, in the
amount of $5,000.00, for use within the Head Start Program, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration and Comptroller concur that said
fund is necessary for the day-to-day operations of the Head Start Parent Policy Council, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to establish said
fund, in the amount of $5,000.00, to be administered by the Human Services Fiscal Officer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Weld County Head Start Parent Policy Council Revolving Fund
Checking Account, in the amount of $5,000.00, to be administered by the Human Services
Fiscal Officer, be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 17th day of January, A.D., 2000.
