RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO REGIONAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL AND TRAUMA
ADVISORY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancies currently exists on the Regional Emergency Medical and
Trauma Advisory Council, which is a new board replacing the Northeast Colorado Area Trauma
Advisory Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Gary McCabe and Donovan Ehrman be
appointed to said board as regular members and that Dave Bressler and Donna Nyduck be
appointed to said board as alternate members, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Gary McCabe and Donovan
Ehrman to said board as regular members and Dave Bressler and Donna Nyduck as alternate
members, with their terms to expire August 16, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Gary McCabe and Donovan Ehrman be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Regional Emergency Medical and Trauma Advisory Council as regular
members, with their terms to expire August 16, 2001.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Dave Bressler and Donna Nyduck be.
and hereby are, appointed to the Regional Emergency Medical and Trauma Advisory Council
as alternate members, with their terms to expire August 16, 2001.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 16th day of August, A.D., 2000.
