HomeMy WebLinkAbout830657.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 773 - ED JENNINGS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 24th day of August, 1983, considered the request of Ed Jennings to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows: Lot 7 , Block 23 , Aristocrat Ranchettes Subdivision, First Filing, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub- ject to the following conditions: 1) the applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) a septic permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet perk test requirements prior to the issuance of a building permit; and 3) the mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with conditions 1 and 2 . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Ed Jennings to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the conditions as above listed.
