RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 845 - EDWIN C. PIRNIE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 4th day of April, 1984 , considered the request
of Edwin C. Pirnie to place one mobile home to be used as a
principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone
District on a parcel of land more particularly described as
follows:
52, Section 14 , Township 8 North, Range 62 West
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub-
ject to the following conditions: 1) the applicant shall apply
for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days
from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners;
2) prior to the removal of the existing house, the applicant
shall apply for a demolition permit. The existing house shall
be removed prior to the issuance of a building permit; and
3) the mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that
the applicant has complied with Conditions 1 and 2 above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Edwin C.
Pirnie to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwell-
ing on the above described parcel of land, which was found to
be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section
43, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the conditions as
above listed.

Location: Approximately 21/2 miles northeast of the community of Briggsdale on
Weld County Road 81
The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the reasons:

COMMENTS:
Mr. Pirnie would like to remove his existing home and replace it with a mobile
home to provide a suitable residence for an employee of his farm.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon:
1. The applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home within
thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County
Commissioners.
2. Prior to the removal of the existing house, the applicant shall apply for
a demolition permit. The existing house shall be removed prior to the
issuance of a building permit.
3. The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant
has complied with Conditions 1 & 2 above.

subject: Pirnie Septic System
The septic system located at 45254 WCR 81, Briggsdale, Colorado
(SZ 14-8-62) and owned by Ed Pirnie, appears adequate for moving in a
one-bedroom mobile home. The septic tank was pumped March 12, 1984,
and contains 1000 gallons.
However, we cannot certify that the system will function as intended
in the future. If loading changes or malfunctions occur to the system,
we require that our office be notified so that a review of the system's
adequacy can be made.
